The Group is committed to building a high-quality property portfolio with premium residential and commercial properties in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, and Shanxi, ensuring continuous rental income and long-term appreciation. In May 2024, the Group acquired all equity interests in Shanxi Meilianhang Property Management Co., Ltd. (“Meilianhang Property”) and its subsidiaries. Meilianhang Group operates properties across various provinces in China, including Shanxi, Hainan, Zhejiang, and Shanghai. This acquisition expands the Group's property sales agency and management business in mainland China, increasing its scale and diversifying its investment portfolio. Long-term, the Group stands to benefit from the appreciation of Meilianhang Group's properties.
| Shenzhen Investment Projects
The Group has invested in multiple real estate properties in Shenzhen, including the Donghai International Center, which consists of four main parts: office buildings, hotels, serviced apartments, and commercial space. It is the largest integrated building complex along Shennan Avenue in Shenzhen. The complex includes two office buildings, approximately 190 meters and 150 meters high; one hotel, approximately 100 meters high; two serviced apartment buildings, approximately 300 meters and 255 meters high; and approximately 65,365 square meters of commercial space.

The Group also has real estate investments in Zhuhai, including the Hengqin Financial Island, located in the core area of the financial and headquarters economy zone of the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone. The project has 69 floors above ground, covering approximately 140,000 square meters, encompassing diverse business formats including offices, commercial spaces, convention centers, and supporting facilities; and 4 underground floors, covering approximately 80,000 square meters, equipped with 1,531 parking spaces.
